SearchPlus HR in the UAE is seeking an experienced Consultant Cardiologist with a Western qualification to join its specialist cardiology team and provide comprehensive cardiovascular care.

The role involves diagnosing and treating a broad range of cardiac conditions, performing ECG and echocardiography, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality documentation, and meeting UAE licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• MBBS or MD or equivalent medical degree.
• Recognized Western Board or Fellowship in Cardiology.
• Current specialist registration and good standing.
• Experience in a tertiary-care or teaching hospital preferred.
• Eligible for DOH/DHA medical licensing in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level cardiology services.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions.
• Perform and interpret ECG, echocardiography, stress testing and other cardiac investigations.
• Manage patients with CAD, heart failure, arrhythmias, and valvular disease.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency cardiac care.
• Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, electrophysiologists, radiologists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE regulations.
• Participate in clinical governance, teaching, research and quality improvement.
