Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with shoulder-related concerns.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing both surgical and non-surgical methods.
  • Perform surgical procedures, including arthroscopic shoulder surgery, shoulder joint replacement, and rotator cuff repairs.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients regarding their conditions, treatment options, and recovery strategies.
  • Work with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to support post‑operative rehabilitation.
  • Stay updated on advancements in shoulder surgery techniques and technologies.
