Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Consultant or Specialist Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon for a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves comprehensive maxillofacial and oral surgical care within a surgical team.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, performing surgical procedures, and collaborating with dental, ENT, plastic surgery, oncology, and other professionals. UAE licensure and relevant fellowships are expected.

Qualifications

• Recognized medical/dental degree with OMFS specialist training.
• Postgraduate qualification/fellowship in OMFS.
• Significant clinical experience in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Current professional registration/licence in country of practice.
• Eligibility for UAE Consultant or Specialist classification per PQR.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad range of oral, maxillofacial, and facial conditions.
• Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures according to expertise.
• Manage facial trauma, infections, cysts, tumors, and impacted teeth.
• Provide pre-operative assessment and post-operative follow-up.
• Collaborate with dental, ENT, plastic surgery, oncology, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure patient safety.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and professional education.
