Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy is seeking a Consultant Radiologist for a leading healthcare organization in the UAE. The role requires UK CCT in Radiology with consultant-level experience and the ability to perform and report across MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray.

You will work within a specialist imaging team, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and contribute to teaching, audit, and quality-improvement initiatives, while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• UK CCT in Radiology.
• Specialist registration with the UK medical authority.
• Relevant post-CCT consultant-level experience.
• Strong experience in diagnostic radiology; subspecialty expertise is an advantage.
• Experience in a tertiary-care, teaching, or academic hospital is preferred.
• Eligible for DOH/DHA medical licensing, depending on the location.
• Excellent clinical, communication, reporting, and multidisciplinary team-working skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level diagnostic radiology services across imaging modalities.
• Interpret and report MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray, and other diagnostic imaging studies.
• Perform image-guided diagnostic and interventional procedures when trained.
• Provide accurate and timely radiological reports for clinical decision-making.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and complex case discussions.
• Collaborate with clinicians, surgeons, oncologists, and other specialists.
• Maintain patient safety, clinical governance, and reporting quality.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with UAE regulations and hospital policies.
• Participate in teaching, training, audit, research, and quality-improvement activities.
