Job summary

Client of Dr Expat seeks a Consultant in Neurocritical Care for a leading tertiary centre in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading ICU care for stroke, traumatic brain injury, SAH, and status epilepticus, with oversight of neurocritical care services.

Board-certified specialists holding Western credentials, fellowship in Neurocritical Care, and DOH licensing or eligibility are preferred. The position offers a tax-free salary and a comprehensive package commensurate with experience in a premier

Qualifications

• Board certification in Critical Care Neurology, Anaesthesia, or Neurosurgery from a recognised Western board.
• Fellowship or formal training in Neurocritical Care.
• Experience in ICU management of stroke, traumatic brain injury, subarachnoid haemorrhage and status epilepticus.

Requirements

• Board certification in Critical Care Neurology Anaesthesia or Neurosurgery from a recognised Western board e g American Board UK CCT Canadian Royal College Australian or European specialist qualification
• Fellowship or formal training in Neurocritical Care
• Experience managing stroke traumatic brain injury subarachnoid haemorrhage and status epilepticus in the ICU
• Consultant-level experience in a tertiary or university hospital
• DOH licence or eligible for DOH licensing
