Your role
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment.
  • Ability to assess HVAC requirements of clients through detailed surveys and site evaluations.
  • Guidance on the best HVAC solutions including system design installation and maintenance.
  • Up‑to‑date with the latest HVAC technologies trends and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with country regulations in the HVAC domain.
  • Identifies prospects and establishes professional relationships to understand customer needs.
  • Suggests products and/or services that meet customer needs.
  • Develops new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
  • Develops long‑term customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
  • Participates in business development activities for prospects within defined customer segments to support business strategy.
  • Supports HVAC consultants to provide optimum solutions for projects.
  • Attends trade shows to increase the visibility of the organization and potentially influence prospects.
  • Strong technical skills research and analytical abilities.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills including the ability to explain clearly and listen to client feedback.
  • Ability to negotiate with and influence others.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering and/or related HVAC field with strong technical knowledge on chillers. MBA is a plus.
  • 1-3 years experience with a subject matter expert on chilled water applied equipment and control solutions and a thorough grasp of the HVAC system.
  • Expert in relationship management with sales qualities.
  • Excellent attention to details combined with outstanding writing and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
