Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose and manage a broad range of cardiovascular conditions including CAD, heart failure, arrhythmias and hypertension.
- Conduct and interpret cardiac investigations (ECG, echocardiography, stress testing, ambulatory monitoring).
- Develop individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions.
- Provide preventive cardiology care and cardiovascular risk assessment.
- Coordinate referrals for advanced cardiac interventions when required.
- Collaborate with interventional cardiologists and cardiac surgeons.
- Provide ongoing patient education and long-term cardiovascular disease management.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in audits and quality improvement.

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its cardiovascular, preventive cardiology and comprehensive cardiac care services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Cardiologist to join its growing clinical team. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, cardiac nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
- Assess, diagnose and manage a broad range of cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias and hypertension
- Conduct and interpret cardiac investigations, including ECG, echocardiography, stress testing and ambulatory monitoring according to scope
- Develop individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions
- Provide preventive cardiology care, cardiovascular risk assessment and lifestyle counselling
- Manage patients with complex cardiac conditions and coordinate referrals for advanced cardiac interventions when required
- Collaborate with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, intensivists and other multidisciplinary teams
- Provide ongoing patient education, follow-up care and long-term cardiovascular disease management
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in clinical audits, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- American Board of Internal Medicine - Cardiovascular Disease
- UK CCT / MRCP with Cardiology specialisation
- European Board / national specialist registration in Cardiology
- Royal College Certification (Canada)
- Australian FRACP
- Arab Board
- DM / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
- Valid UAE medical licence or registration is mandatory
