Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy partners with a leading UAE healthcare organization seeking a Consultant Cardiologist to join its specialist team. You will provide comprehensive cardiovascular care and lead patient management across inpatient, outpatient and emergency services.

Applicant must hold MBBS/MD or equivalent, a Western Board or Fellowship in Cardiology, and eligible DOH/DHA licensing. Prior consultant-level experience in a tertiary‑care or teaching hospital is preferred.

Qualifications

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree.
• Recognised Western Board or Fellowship in Cardiology.
• Relevant consultant-level clinical experience.
• Current specialist registration and good standing.
• Experience in a tertiary‑care or teaching hospital is preferred.
• Eligible for DOH/DHA licensing, depending on location.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist/consultant-level cardiology services.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions.
• Perform and interpret ECG, echocardiography, stress testing, and other cardiac investigations.
• Manage patients with coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, valvular heart disease.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency cardiac care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE regulations.
• Participate in clinical governance, teaching, research, and quality-improvement activities.
