Consultant / Senior Consultant

Location: Abu Dhabi UAE

Overview

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Consultant / Senior Consultant to be based in Abu Dhabi supporting strategic and operational consulting engagements. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in operating models, business/strategy development, KPI frameworks and customer journey design and will work closely with clients to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of business and corporate strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Design and assess operating models including organizational structures, governance and processes.
  • Develop KPI frameworks, performance dashboards and measurement methodologies.
  • Map, analyze and improve customer journeys to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports and strategic documents for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
  • Support workshops, stakeholder interviews and client meetings as required.
Requirements
  • 35 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations or a related field (candidates with slightly less experience may also be considered).
Strong experience in one or more of the following:
  • Business or corporate strategy
  • KPI development and performance management
  • Customer journey mapping and service design
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Experience working with government, semi‑government or large corporate entities is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced client‑facing environment.
