Job summary

MPH CONSULTING SERVICES JLT is seeking a Construction Track Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with a Master’s preferred, and at least 10 years in heavy civil construction focused on track or railway projects.

Desirable certifications include PMP or CCM. The position involves leading diverse teams and managing large-scale infrastructure programs from inception to completion in a residential/rail corridor setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certifications are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction, with a strong focus on track or railway projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Expertise in construction methodologies, materials, and technologies specific to track construction.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
