Job summary

MARK ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS LLC is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities in Ajman, UAE. You will coordinate workers and subcontractors, ensure work follows drawings, and monitor safety and site organization.

The role requires a diploma or technical qualification, proven site supervision experience, and the ability to read basic drawings. You will lead teams, enforce quality and deadlines, and report progress to the Site Engineer.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical qualification in construction.
• Experience in building construction and site supervision.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and workforce coordination skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods and site safety procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers and subcontractors.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
• Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and instructions.
• Monitor the use of construction materials, tools and equipment.
• Check workmanship and report quality issues to the Site Engineer.
• Ensure the site is clean, organized and safe.
• Monitor attendance and maintain daily manpower records.
• Report work progress delays and site problems to the Site Engineer.
• Ensure workers follow safety rules and use appropriate PPE.
• Coordinate the delivery and proper storage of materials.
• Assist with site measurements, inspections and work completion checks.
• Follow up on corrective work and ensure tasks are completed on time.
