The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree and at least 5 years of construction management experience, with strong knowledge of codes and safety requirements. A PMP/CM certification is preferred.

Construction Project Manager

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our building projects in the city of El-Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the project from start to finish. This includes creating and implementing project plans, managing budgets, scheduling tasks and deadlines, and overseeing the work of contractors and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• - Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• - Manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects
• - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
