BESIX is seeking a Construction Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead all on-site construction activities for building works, ensuring delivery aligns with schedule, cost and contractual requirements. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and multidisciplinary coordination to drive safety, quality, and project success.

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities related to building works including civil, structural, architectural and finishing works.
• Plan, organize and coordinate construction resources including site teams, subcontractors, plant equipment and materials.
• Translate project schedules into execution plans and monitor progress, productivity and performance.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental, schedule and cost requirements.
• Contribute to technical deliverables such as method statements, planning and execution strategies.

The Construction Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of building works by overseeing all on-site construction activities. By driving safe high-quality and efficient execution the role ensures that projects are completed in line with schedule cost and contractual requirements. Through strong coordination with multidisciplinary teams and effective leadership of site resources this position directly impacts project performance client satisfaction and the overall success of the project.

What Youll Drive

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities related to building works including civil structural architectural and finishing works.
• Plan organize and coordinate construction resources including site teams subcontractors plant equipment and materials.
• Translate project schedules into execution plans and monitor progress productivity and performance.
• Ensure full compliance with Health Safety Quality Environmental schedule and cost requirements.
• Contribute to technical deliverables such as method statements planning and execution strategies.
• Set clear direction and expectations for construction teams subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure all works comply with contract specifications approved drawings standards and authority requirements.
• Coordinate closely with engineering planning QA/QC HSE and commercial teams.
• Resolve technical and execution issues and manage site coordination challenges.
• Support subcontractor selection and oversee their performance and compliance.
• Monitor quantities productivity and resource utilization to support cost control.
• Maintain communication with the client and participate in key project and site meetings.
• Oversee testing commissioning snagging and handover activities.
• Provide accurate reporting on progress risks and constraints to the Project Manager.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and life-saving rules.

Qualifications :
