Construction Manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This individual will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: designing project plans; scheduling and coordinating all aspects of construction projects including subcontractors, materials, equipment, tools; overseeing day-to-day activities on site; ensuring safety protocols are adhered to; developing and maintaining budgets; managing quality control; ensuring adherence to all local laws, regulations, codes and standards.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field along with at least 5 years of experience in construction project management. Experience in the UAE is preferred but not mandatory.

The position offers an attractive salary of 1000 per month.
