Key Responsibilities:

Develop construction strategies, schedules, and resource plans in line with project requirements
Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow
Enforce safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture on-site
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
Coordinate with project engineers, procurement, and client representatives
Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment utilization
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and address delays or issues promptly
Implement change management and risk mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with UAE safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
10+ years of construction management experience, preferably with LOFT Contracting or similar UAE-based firms
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage large teams and multiple subcontractors
Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, safety regulations, and standards
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
