You will be instrumental in overseeing the on‑site construction of five‑star hotels, luxury villas, and bespoke developments across the UAE. The ideal candidate will come from a consultancy background, bringing extensive experience in construction supervision for both interior and exterior fit‑outs. You'll serve as a key liaison between consultants, contractors, and clients, ensuring that every detail is delivered to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead site execution for high-value projects, ensuring quality, design fidelity, and compliance with project specifications.
• Act as the primary interface between consultants, contractors, and the client team throughout the construction phase.
• Review shop drawings, engineering submissions, and material proposals for accuracy and alignment with the original design.
• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold construction quality and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and aligned with all local authority requirements.
• Resolve site issues quickly and diplomatically while maintaining the integrity of the design.
• Provide leadership across multiple sites and coordinate with multi‑disciplinary teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering.
• 15‑20 years of construction supervision and delivery experience, with a strong portfolio of built work.
• Proven track record in delivering luxury or high‑end projects.
• A minimum of 5 years in each previous role.
• Experience working in a consultancy firm.
