Qualifications

• 12-18 years of experience in MEP construction with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV systems.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

Job Title

MEP Construction Manager

Job Summary

The MEP Construction Manager is responsible for planning coordinating and managing all Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and in compliance with approved drawings specifications quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP construction activities from mobilization to handover.

• Coordinate with Project Manager consultants contractors and subcontractors.

• Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved shop drawings method statements and project specifications.

• Monitor construction progress manpower materials and productivity.

• Resolve site coordination issues between MEP and civil/architectural works.

• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and HSE regulations.

• Review and monitor testing commissioning snagging and handover activities.

• Support planning cost control and variation management related to MEP works.

• Prepare progress reports and attend client/consultant meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 1218 years of experience in MEP construction with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing firefighting electrical and ELV systems.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial residential industrial or mixed-use projects.

• Strong leadership coordination and communication skills.

• Familiarity with local authority regulations and international standards.
