Junior Construction Manager - Dubai, UAE

We are in need of a proactive and driven Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the senior construction manager in planning and organizing construction projects
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of construction activities
• Monitor progress of projects and address any issues that may arise
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in construction management preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
