About The Role
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Homeowners and efficiently respond to guest enquiries and requests.
  • Act as an information resource by being well informed and aware of all activities and events happening within the Hotel as well as other Kerzner properties and throughout Dubai.
  • Be aware of UAE customs, and culture.
  • Be knowledgeable of all a la carte offerings for Private Homes as well as packages associated with housekeeping, maintenance and Vacant Residence Home Care services.
  • Coordinate all a la carte services that Private Home Owners/ Residents may avail, including the payment and scheduling thereof, and to ascertain the Private Home Owner/Resident satisfaction of the services availed.
  • Comply with the health, safety and hygiene policy and maintain high grooming standards.
  • Provide information, advice and booking services for a wide variety of guest enquiries, including city tours, theatre tickets, restaurant bookings, medical services, transportation, flight bookings, etc.
  • Keep the Concierge Desk stocked with magazines, brochures, leaflets, maps, guides, and a range of information that are of interest to Homeowners.
  • Coordinate the collection, delivery, and storage of luggage with the Bell Attendants, and ensure all information is recorded.
  • Coordinate move in/move out of the One&Only Private Homes.
  • Be familiar with Residential systems, policies and procedures.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a luxury hotel concierge role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with HomeOwners and staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS, ALICE, SAGA is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Additional language would be a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of the local area, including attractions, restaurants, events, and transportation options.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws related to hotel operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
