About The Role

We are seeking a courteous and resourceful individual to join our team as a Hotel Concierge. As the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, the Concierge will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service, assistance, and personalized recommendations to enhance their overall stay.

About You

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, an extensive knowledge of local attractions, the local area, including restaurants, events, and transportation options and a passion for delivering unforgettable experiences. You will have a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field and previous experience in Concierge.
