Job summary

ALI ASAAD DESIGNS AND TAILORING is seeking an experienced embroidery technician to operate computerized, multi-head machines and bring intricate designs to life on luxury fabrics in Ajman. You will set up machines, load digitized patterns, and select threads and embellishments while maintaining strict quality standards and a clean, safe, organized workstation to meet production deadlines.

Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret digitized files, and teamwork with design and production

Qualifications

• Experience operating computerized embroidery machines (multi-head).
• Ability to read digitized embroidery files/patterns.
• Careful handling of delicate fabrics and attentiveness to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate computerized/multi-head embroidery machines to execute intricate designs on fabrics.
• Set up machines, thread, and digitized embroidery patterns/files
• Select and load threads, sequins, beads, crystals, and embellishment materials
• Inspect finished work for quality, symmetry, tension consistency, and design adherence
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on embroidery machines
• Coordinate with design and production teams to meet deadlines
• Handle delicate fabrics with care during embellishment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation

Job description

1. Operate computerized/multi-head embroidery machines to execute intricate designs on fine fabrics (silk, chiffon, tulle, satin,velvet etc.)

2. Set up machines, thread, and digitized embroidery patterns/files

3. Select and load correct threads, sequins, beads, crystals, and other embellishment materials

4. Inspect finished work for quality, symmetry, tension consistency, and adherence to design specs

5. Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on embroidery machines

6. Coordinate with design and production teams to meet deadlines

7. Handle delicate fabrics with care to avoid damage during embellishment

8. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Proven experience operating embroidery machines (computerized, multi-head, etc.)

2. Experience working with fine/delicate fabrics preferred

3. Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset

4. Ability to read and interpret embroidery digitized files/patterns

5. Basic machine maintenance/troubleshooting skills

6. Ability to work efficiently under production deadlines
