Job summary

Ohana Development is seeking a Compliance Officer to design, implement, and monitor the Group's compliance program with a focus on AML/CFT obligations for DNFBPs and related UAE regulations. The role covers ADREC/DMT off-plan sales controls, governance standards, and ongoing training across group entities.

The suitable candidate will bring at least five years of UAE compliance experience, strong knowledge of UAE AML/CFT laws, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• UAE National is required.
• Minimum five years of compliance experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE AML/CFT laws and ADREC/DMT frameworks.
• Familiarity with UAE Corporate Law basics is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor the Group's AML/CFT compliance program.
• Ensure compliance with ADREC/DMT off-plan sales regulations and DNFBP guidance.
• Conduct periodic audits across Ohana Group entities and report findings.
• Maintain and update internal compliance policies and governance docs.
• Support KYC and due diligence for counterparties and partnerships.
• Deliver compliance training across the Group.
• Identify red flags and coordinate escalation and remediation.
