We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our client's Compliance Department. The ideal candidate will ensure the company’s full compliance with Free Zone regulations, UAE laws, AML/CFT requirements, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with Free Zone authority regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and applicable UAE laws
  • Monitor company activities, licenses, and regulatory filings to ensure timely renewals and submissions
  • Conduct compliance checks, risk assessments, and internal reviews
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and prepare reports for management and regulators
  • Act as the primary point of contact with Free Zone authorities and regulatory bodies
  • Support audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries
