Job summary

WOW Softech in Dubai is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer with hands-on DIFC/DFSA regulatory exposure to join a leading bank. Open to banking professionals based in India, the role requires 6+ years in banking compliance, deep knowledge of DIFC regulations, AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, and regulatory reporting.

You will support risk assessments, internal audits, and compliance reviews while ensuring adherence to local and international standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in banking compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of DIFC regulations and DFSA requirements.
• Expertise in AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, sanctions screening and compliance monitoring.
