The position is full-time in Zayed City UAE, salary 1,700 AED per month. A valid UAE MOHAP license or approved foreign license is required; 3 years of clinical experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• A valid nursing license from the UAE Ministry of Health & Prevention or from an approved foreign regulatory agency is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of current nursing principles, practices, procedures and standards is essential.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive nursing care according to established standards and protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide patient education and counseling with regards to health maintenance, disease prevention and treatment options.
• Monitor vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate and respiratory rate.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in order to provide the best possible patient care.
• Document all nursing care in accordance with relevant legal and professional guidelines.
• Participate in hospital committees or groups related to nursing practice or patient care issues as needed.
