Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in providing care.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Good organizational skills and reliability.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including nights and weekends.

• Provide quality care to elderly and disabled individuals in homes or other residential facilities.
• Follow safety protocols and instructions; provide emotional support to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and family members; maintain accurate records as required.
