Job summary

Star Travels in Dubai is seeking a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to support patients with daily living activities in a clinical setting, including personal care and mobility assistance. The role emphasizes patient dignity, safety, and comfort while following nurse instructions and care plans.

The candidate should hold GNM or BSc Nursing, DHA pass or eligibility, and have 6 months to 1 year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• GNM or BSc Nursing degree required.
• DHA Pass or DHA Eligibility required.
• Candidate Location: Currently residing in India only.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene).
• Help patients with mobility, positioning and transfers following safety procedures.
• Monitor and report patient condition to supervising nurse.
• Measure and record basic vital signs when trained and authorized.
• Assist with feeding and hydration as required by patient care plan.
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort in patient care areas.
• Follow infection control procedures and proper disposal of clinical waste.
• Support nurses with basic patient care activities as directed.
• Provide compassionate support while maintaining dignity and privacy.
