Job summary
IIQAF Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to support hospital and clinical operations. You will assist nurses and doctors with patient care, help with mobility and daily living activities, and maintain clean, ready rooms.
The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or certification in Healthcare Assistant or Nursing Assistant, has good communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-focused approach. UAE healthcare experience and immediate joining are preferred.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Healthcare Assistant / Nursing Assistant.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care standards.

Responsibilities
- Assist nurses and doctors in delivering quality patient care
- Support patients with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and daily living activities
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Prepare and maintain patient rooms and medical equipment
- Assist in clinical procedures under supervision
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure infection control and hospital safety compliance
- Provide emotional support and excellent patient service
- Coordinate with healthcare team members for smooth operations
