The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of caregiver experience, fluent English, a valid Sharjah work permit, and excellent communication. Medical insurance and annual leave are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a caregiver for elderly individuals.
• Fluency in English.
• Valid work permit for Sharjah.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Empathetic nature and strong sense of responsibility.
• Physical ability to perform duties such as lifting or assisting with mobility.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medication according to prescribed schedule
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up
• Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical professionals
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and observations
