Job summary

ConFlip in Ajman is seeking compassionate caregivers to support elderly and disabled individuals with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.

The role requires patience, empathy, and the ability to work independently, with both part-time and full-time options available. Proficiency in English or Arabic is preferred.

Starting salary is 1600 USD per month, with visa sponsorship as applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English or Arabic (Indian or Egyptian nationalities preferred).
• Patience, compassion, and empathy towards elderly and disabled individuals.
• Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility needs if required.
• Must have own valid visa (part-time or full-time options available).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary requirements.
• Administer medication reminders as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor changes in client's health or behavior and report any concerns to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client at all times.
