Job summary

Avanta Works in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a caring caregiver to join our team. You will provide complete patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility support, and health monitoring, while maintaining compassionate communication.

We are open to candidates from abroad and consider those with minimal work experience. The role offers 1,400 AED per month, paid time off and holidays, and flexible scheduling to fit personal commitments without compromising quality care.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and reliable caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of health care policies and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete patient care: bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility support and health monitoring.
• Offer emotional support and participate in light housekeeping tasks (laundry, meal prep).
• Run errands and provide transportation when necessary.
• Maintain clear, compassionate communication with patients and family members.
• Ensure safety and compliance with care plans and policies.
