Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Supervise service providers and contractors.
  • Conduct site inspections and track performance.
  • Manage resident queries and complaints efficiently.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with authorities.
  • Organize community events and engagements.

Skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proven expertise in conflict resolution
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Good knowledge in business math and accounting
Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
