Role Summary

We are looking for a vibrant and proactive Community Manager to be the "face and voice" of our client’s brand in Dubai. This is an on-site position for a creative professional who lives and breathes social media culture. You will be responsible for building an engaged community, creating viral-ready content, and acting as the primary on-camera talent for a leading brand in the prop trading industry.

Responsibilities
  • Build and moderate relationships with followers, influencers, and partners.
  • Gather feedback, host Q&A sessions, and execute community events like giveaways and trading challenges.
  • Act as the main on-camera personality for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, on-brand visuals.
  • Launch and manage official Twitter (X) accounts, writing engaging threads about industry insights while maintaining a consistent brand tone.
  • Track community sentiment and engagement metrics.
  • Monitor industry conversations to boost brand visibility within the global finance space.

Location

Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to work on-site in Dubai.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience managing online communities or social media accounts.
  • On-Camera Presence: Highly confident, expressive, and comfortable presenting in front of the camera for short-form video content (Portfolio/Social Media handles are required).
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication and copywriting skills (written and verbal).
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using creative tools like Canva, CapCut, Buffer, or similar.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media algorithms.
  • Knowledge of the Trading or Finance industry is a huge plus.
  • Personality: Proactive, responsive, and able to represent the brand with a professional yet friendly tone.
