Job summary

A leading cafe brand in Dubai is seeking an Event Manager to plan and execute various events and collaborations. The ideal candidate has experience in hospitality and a strong network in Dubai, alongside exceptional communication skills. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of Russian or Arabic is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to significantly influence brand development and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a variety of events — both in venues and externally through collaborations with other brands.
• Develop event concepts from idea to execution.
• Engage with guests and VIP clients; build and maintain a loyal community.
• Identify and secure new partnerships and collaborations to grow the brand.
• Work with bloggers, media, and key opinion leaders.
• Strategic planning to strengthen brand development and increase brand awareness.
• Support communication and activity across social media, Telegram/WhatsApp groups together with the marketing team.

Skills

Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or lifestyle/F&B sectors

Strong network in Dubai — guests, influencers, agencies
