As our Community Manager, you’ll be the pulse of Daos Hub—building authentic connections, shaping member experiences, and cultivating a thriving ecosystem. From onboarding new residents to curating in‑hub events, your work ensures that our space is more than just functional—it’s magnetic. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the atmosphere, engagement, and growth of our community.
Get embedded in the Daos Hub community and internal systems. Learn operational tools (e.g., Nexudus, Salto) and observe member behaviors and feedback.
Lead onboarding, community rituals, and participate in events. Strengthen daily communications, refine experience touchpoints, and activate pilot programs for engagement.
Launch scalable engagement formats, introduce metrics to measure community health, and propose enhancements based on data and feedback.
