Job summary

Siemens Energy in Dubai is seeking a seasoned communications professional to drive employee engagement and strengthen employer branding. You will plan and execute internal and external events that showcase our culture, achievements, and people while aligning with business objectives.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage multiple stakeholder relationships, and own projects end-to-end—from concept to delivery—within budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in communications, marketing, business or related field.
• 5+ years in communications, employee engagement, employer branding or corporate events.
• Strong storytelling, stakeholder mgmt, and ability to drive engagement.

Your day involves driving employee engagement, organizational alignment, and employer branding through impactful internal communications that connect employees with business objectives. You also plan and execute internal and external events that enhance company culture, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and elevate the organization's brand presence.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Shape how employees connect, engage, and stay informed by driving impactful internal communication campaigns, leadership messaging, and company-wide engagement initiatives.
• Bring our employer brand to life through compelling content and storytelling across digital platforms, showcasing our culture, achievements, innovation, and people.
• Create memorable experiences by leading the planning and execution of internal and external events, from town halls and leadership visits to customer events, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the business to provide strategic communications support for organizational initiatives, transformation programs, and change management activities.
• Own projects from concept to delivery, managing communications and events end-to-end, including content creation, stakeholder engagement, budgets, vendor coordination, logistics, and success measurement.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in communications, employee engagement, employer branding, or corporate events, delivering measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive employee engagement, increase communication reach, and support organizational alignment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Viva Engage, LinkedIn, and digital communication platforms, with a track record of managing and growing engagement across internal and external channels.
• Strong project and event management capabilities, successfully delivering high-impact internal and external events on time, within budget, and with exceptional attendee experiences.
• A strategic, proactive, and results-driven professional who builds trusted stakeholder partnerships, strengthens employer brand visibility, and contributes to a positive employee experience.

About The Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
