Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking a Contract & Legal Specialist in Dubai to support a leading commodity trading firm’s Legal Department. You will manage contract negotiations, drafting, and compliance across trading, shipping, and incoterms.

The role requires 2+ years in commodity trading, strong English, and a sharp eye for detail, with knowledge of UAE regulations and international trade laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in commodity trading.
• 1 year in contract management, legal affairs, or commodity shipping operations.
• Experience handling trading contracts, shipping agreements, and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and international trade laws.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commodity trading contracts.
• Ensure contracts align with company policies, trading regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist in contract execution and resolve contractual discrepancies with internal teams.
• Work with Legal Department to ensure compliance with international trade laws and UAE regulations.
• Monitor and advise on risk mitigation strategies related to contracts and trade deals.
• Coordinate with traders, legal counsel, and shipping teams to ensure smooth contract fulfillment.
• Review and verify incoterms, shipping terms, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update contract templates, legal databases, and trading documentation.
• Prepare reports on contract performance, legal risks, and compliance issues.
