Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking an Operation Manager in Abu Dhabi to oversee the transition from EPC commissioning to commercial production. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 years of relevant experience, particularly in industrial construction of gas plants. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth handoffs between teams, monitoring plant performance, and achieving commercial production targets. Qualifications

• Significant experience in the industrial construction of large or xl gas plants.
• Covered a similar role in at least 2-3 projects of comparable size.
• A minimum of 18 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working on the Contractor side.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth handover between Commissioning Team and Operation Team.
• Facilitate the takeover by Client Operation and Maintenance Team of project facilities.
• Comply with Client requirements of achieving commercial production targets.
• Supervise and monitor plant performance.
• Define the daily activities and develop the daily planning.
• Ensure that operation activities are carried out according to quality standards.
