Sirene by GAIA in Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic Commis Waiter to join our Mediterranean dining team at a premier beach club. You will support waitstaff, assist with table setup, and help maintain impeccable service standards in a luxury environment.

The ideal candidate has hospitality experience in fine dining or beach club venues, a passion for guest service, and a professional appearance. Fluent English is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis Waiter, Runner, or similar role within a restaurant, fine dining, or Beach Club environment is preferred.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Waiters and Headwaiters in delivering smooth and efficient service.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, resetting, and maintaining dining areas to the highest standards.
• Ensure guests receive attentive and friendly service throughout their experience.
• Assist with food and beverage service as directed by senior team members.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and daily specials.
• Ensure all service stations are fully stocked and organized throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to support timely and accurate service.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and ensure the venue is consistently presented to standard.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and service procedures.
• Support the wider service team during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.
