A leading hotel in Abu Dhabi is looking for a passionate Commis II to join their kitchen team. The role involves supporting the Demi Chef de Partie in daily food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and controlling food stock. Candidates should have completed a professional kitchen apprenticeship and possess excellent culinary skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction. Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course and previous experiences in quality establishments along with good culinary skills. The ability to communicate in English and a proven track of food preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge is an essential.
