Job summary

Hilton in Dubai is seeking a Commis I to join its culinary team. You will work across restaurants, bars, banquets and in-hotel cafes, upholding the highest quality standards and delivering exceptional guest service.

You will collaborate with team members to ensure timely food production, support the kitchen brigade, and meet health and hygiene requirements, with opportunities to learn and grow within a global hospitality leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

What will I be doing

As a Commis I you will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operations inside of our restaurants bars banquets in-hotel cafes and to fulfill room service requests. You will work with your Team Members to deliver a high quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations through the following tasks:
