Assist the Commis 2 and Commis 1 by catering to routine kitchen duties such as meal preparations, receiving deliveries, rotating stock, maintenance, logistics, safety, and sanitation. Adhere to kitchen standard operating procedure in line with Jumeirah philosophy and luxury status. This is an entry level job. At this level, the job is generalised with fewer complications with focus on food preparation and some line cooking as delegated.
