On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Commis 3 to join the resort’s Employee Dining team.

About The Position
Responsibilities
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, cutting, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
  • Prepare raw meat, fish, and vegetables under supervision.
  • Create garnishes for dishes as directed by senior chefs.
  • Support Commis II with food distribution and service in employee dining.
  • Unload deliveries and rotate stock to prevent spoilage.
  • Maintain sauces and condiments in optimal condition.
  • Guarantee food is fresh, hygienic, and stored according to company standards.
  • Maintain HACCP standards for dry and cold storage and keep kitchen and utensils clean and tidy.
  • Perform duties assigned by Commis II, Commis I, or Sous Chef.
  • Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid hazards.
  • Participate in the company recycling program and follow discipline to reduce, re‑use, and recycle.
  • Remain well‑mannered, well‑groomed, and hygienic as per company standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Due to gaming operations and associated regulatory requirements, the minimum age for employment is 21 years.
  • Little to no prior experience required; basic culinary knowledge is sufficient.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop skills under supervision.
  • Basic culinary training or certification preferred (culinary school or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
