Your success is grounded in 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in commercial sales support, commercial finance, controlling, accounting, project commercial management or a related field. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or a related discipline. Good practical knowledge of SAP, with familiarity with Controlling and Logistics-related modules/processes, sales orders and project-related transactions. Experience with Power BI and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Good understanding of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, controlling principles and corporate governance. Familiarity with basic principles of project handling and project management would be considered advantage. Understanding of commercial risk management, customer credit management and sales-related commercial processes. Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret financial and commercial information, with a structured, accurate and results‑oriented approach. The role requires good organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines. The candidate should demonstrate problem‑solving capability combined with strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures, functions, countries and regions. Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
