Wood is seeking an accomplished Commercial Lead to drive growth in the eastern peninsula region, shaping strategies, building high-value client relationships, and influencing major projects in the energy sector.

Working with senior leadership and key clients, you will translate commercial insight and market knowledge into tangible results, identify opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships to position Wood at the forefront of the energy industry.

Responsabilités

• Maximise commercial performance while managing business/project risk (pre and post-contract).
• Commercialisation of sub-Business Group services to support growth and strategy.
• Developing team members with in-depth commercial and cross-functional expertise.
• Ensure compliance with relevant commercial/contracting policies.
• Resolution of disputes/claims and cash collection issues.
• Embedding effective commercial governance and assurance across the portfolio.

Wood is looking for an accomplished Commercial Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our eastern peninsula region growth agenda. This is more than a commercial leadership position, it’s an opportunity to influence major projects, build high-value client relationships, shape winning strategies and help position our business at the forefront of the energy industry.

Working closely with senior leadership and key clients across the region, you’ll bring together commercial insight, market knowledge and strategic thinking to identify opportunities, develop partnerships and turn ambitious plans into measurable results.

• Maximise commercial performance while managing business/project risk (pre and post-contract)
• Commercialisation of a sub-Business Group service offerings to support business growth and strategy
• Developing team members with in-depth commercial and cross-functional expertise to support the assigned business
• Ensure compliance with relevant commercial/contracting policies
• Resolution of disputes/claims and cash collection issues
• Embedding effective commercial governance and assurance across the sub-Business Group / Project / Portfolio of Projects
• Supporting the tender governance process for the sub-Business Group
