A leading international law firm in Dubai is seeking a Mid-Senior Associate to join their Dispute Resolution team. The successful candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in commercial disputes and proficiency in arbitration rules. Responsibilities include advising on diverse arbitration matters and disputes. Job description

Charterhouse is currently working with a leading international law firm who are looking to expand their Dispute Resolution team for their office based in Dubai. The team is looking for a Mid‑Senior Associate with 3–6 years of experience handling commercial disputes on a regional and cross‑border basis.

About the role

The Associate will be advising on arbitrations under DIAC, SCCA, ICC, LCIA, and SIAC rules across a wide range of sectors including technology, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, financial services, funds, and real estate. This role will also assist with breach‑of‑contract and shareholders’ disputes, including earn‑out disputes, breach‑of‑warranty claims, and expert determinations.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, the successful candidate should have 3–6 PQE. Arabic is not a prerequisite and the ideal candidate would be qualified in England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa.
