Ounass is seeking an Online Content Manager – Commercial & Automation to lead our always-on commercial content across our website, CRM, newsletters and social channels, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand and optimized to drive conversion.

You will champion AI-powered workflows and automation, partner with Trading, Buying, Creative, Editorial, CRM and Tech teams, and build scalable content processes while maintaining luxury brand standards.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, e-commerce, retail or a related field, including experience managing a team.
• Experience within luxury, fashion, beauty, premium retail or a fast-paced e-commerce environment would be an advantage.
• Excellent English copywriting and editorial skills, with an understanding of luxury brand storytelling and tone of voice.
• A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to connect content decisions to business objectives and customer behaviour.
• Experience managing high volumes of content across multiple channels while maintaining quality and consistency.
• A data-driven approach, with experience using content performance insights to drive optimisation.
• Hands‑on curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, automation and emerging content technologies.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience with content management and workflow tools such as Contentful, Jira or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for improving processes and challenging the status quo.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning and delivery of always-on commercial content across our website, homepage, CRM, newsletters and social channels.
• Translate commercial priorities and trading calendars into engaging content that drives customer engagement and conversion.
• Oversee English and Arabic copywriting, translation and localisation, ensuring consistency with Ounass' luxury tone of voice.
• Manage day-to-day brand exposures and commercial content requirements, from briefing and execution through to optimisation.
• Establish clear briefing processes, timelines and delivery standards to ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
• Oversee content publishing, quality assurance and governance across platforms such as Contentful and Jira.
• Plan team capacity and resources to deliver effectively during peak trading periods and major commercial moments.
