ABOUT THE ROLE

Pulse Nova is seeking a Command & Control (C2) Integration Engineer to integrate and configure C2 platforms with the NEMUS radar, electronic warfare (EW) suite, and other sensors. The role focuses on sensor and track fusion, operational workflows, operator interfaces, system health monitoring, and the integration of AI/ML-assisted capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and integrate C2 (and other C2/battle-management platforms as required) with the NEMUS radar, EW suite, and additional sensors.
• Define and implement data/track fusion, sensor and effector plotting, and alarm/automation workflows within the C2.
• Configure operator interfaces, workstations, multi-site/battalion-level control, and system/site health-monitoring dashboards.
• Support integration of AI/ML-assisted modules where applicable (target classification, anomaly detection, track prediction) in coordination with the systems engineer.
• Perform functional and operational testing of the C2 together with connected sensors and effectors.
• Support customer training sessions and operational demonstrations on C2 usage.
• Troubleshot C2-level interface issues in collaboration with the systems and network/software engineers.
• Maintain C2 configuration baselines, workflow documentation, and user guides.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience integrating or configuring C2, C4ISR, or SCADA-type systems.
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts applied to defense systems (target classification, anomaly detection, track prediction) to support integration of AI-assisted modules within the C2.
• Understanding sensor/track fusion concepts, data links, and human-machine interface design.
• Experience with C2 or a comparable defense C2 system is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with system/API integration (REST interfaces, message brokers, or similar).
• Experience supporting FAT/SAT activities and customer demonstrations.
