Job summary

Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai is seeking a Colleagues Facilities Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and order of company-provided accommodation, ensuring a safe, comfortable living environment for colleagues.

You will perform routine cleaning and maintenance, conduct inspections, report issues, assist colleagues with inquiries, keep accurate records, and collaborate with the accommodation management team to meet colleagues' needs while upholding hygiene, safety and environmental procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare accommodation units for new arrivals.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of accommodation facilities.
• Ensure that all accommodation areas meet established cleanliness and safety standards.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate departments.
• Assist colleagues with inquiries and requests related to accommodation.
• Maintain accurate records of accommodation assignments and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Coordinate with the accommodation management team to ensure colleagues’ needs are met.
• Conduct regular inspections of accommodation units to identify and address issues.
• Assist in ensuring security and safety measures are in place and followed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a sense of community within accommodation facilities.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols when performing duties.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with colleagues.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
