Job summary

ConFlip is seeking an experienced CNC Operator for our Abu-Dhabi team. The role involves setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to customer specifications.

The successful candidate will monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and inspect finished products to ensure quality. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience, knowledge of CNC machines, ability to read blueprints, and strong attention to detail, with English communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of different types of CNC machines and proficient understanding of how they work.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, schematics, etc. accurately.
• Strong attention to detail is essential for this role.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written in English language is necessary.
• We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position as well as candidates currently living in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines and tools including lathes, drills, grinders, routers, and milling machines according to instructions provided by the supervisor.
• Monitor the progress of the production process and make adjustments as needed to ensure accuracy.
• Troubleshoot any issues or problems encountered during the operation of the machines.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance purposes.
